Business Lessons from Darth Vader?

I started working on this puzzle with my son, and when he discovered that it was going to take longer than 5 minutes to complete, he wanted to give up and go do something else.
This was a great opportunity to share some life lessons with him.
There are some things in life that are difficult, but it's worth persevering because of the satisfaction of a job well done.
He didn't quite get it yet, but he is only 6, so we have some time to keep working on it. But thinking about it encouraged me with my business mindset.
The feeling of accomplishment is worth the hard work and persistence to get there. Don't give up when you don't get instant gratification in your business. The sense of accomplishment through hard work and perseverance will far outweigh instant gratification!
We finished the puzzle, but it's not perfect. Some of the pieces are identical in shape and confusingly similar in pattern/color. So I'm not confident every piece is exactly where it's supposed to be.
With a business, especially starting one, we can be paralyzed if things aren't perfect. But it's often better just to start and adjust along the way.
Thanks for the reminders, Darth!
